POLICY ONE: Recruitment
1. Recruitment of members for the group are to ONLY be done those of Captain or Lieutenant rank, if an underling of these ranks finds someone who wishes to join the group. The recruited must be accepted by all members of the group before becoming an official member. Don't get mad if the majority votes against it. We evaluate you on roleplaying skill of the character you've applied for.
2. Now we are NOT accepting any original characters, NO OCs! We are only looking for canon characters for the group. So if there is a character from the series you or someone wishes to roleplay as one of the available canon characters ask a recruiter first, but don't get mad if that character isn't available.
3. If there is a captain that wishes to promote a shinigami to Lieutenant or Lieutenant to Captain at least three Captains must approve and that member must show their worth for the rank (Meaning a Spar), the Head Captain MUST be present for the spar.
4. If there is two people interested in roleplaying the same character these two MUST spar to see who is the better candidate for the role of that character. The victor receives the role and the defeated can choose another role. Do NOT get mad if you don't get the character you wanted in the end. We will not accept you having a tantrum over it. There are plenty of characters to choose from, but remember NO OCs!
5. If the recruited does not give the required information and meets the other requirements within three days (Without valid reason) we will simply move on to the next recruitee. We are not going to wait for weeks for someone who wants to join. Simply put, don't waste our time!
6. New Members must come to the site editor on chatango to inform them of the acceptance of said member (Provide the Canon Character's name and the Chatango Username you'll be using for that character), so they can add the new member. If the new member doesn't do this then they will not be added. PLEASE DO THIS AND THEN BE ACTIVE! MEANING ROLEPLAY!

POLICY TWO: Punishment
The Punishing System is a system made for well punishing, not torture, or whatever you sick people would think. This system is to keep EVERY MEMBER in line. No one is excluded (But the Creator would know better). This is a basic system for when someone disobeys, makes racist comments, insults a member out of character, causes drama, and various other types of offenses.
